LumeLab Support
Write to support@lumelab.app. Say which iPhone or iPad you use, the iOS version, and the camera that took the photo. If a file won't open, attach it or tell us the camera model.
Presets and LUTs
How do I bring my presets in? In the editor, open Presets, then Import. Pick preset files, a folder or a .zip of them. LUTs and camera profiles import the same way from their own browsers. Applying imported presets and LUTs is part of Pro; you can try them on your photo for free.
A preset looks different from Lightroom. Some presets rely on a camera profile you don't have installed. The editor says so above the looks and offers to import the profile.
A preset imported with nothing in it. Some files hold only a crop or a mask. Write to us with the file and we'll check it.
Photos
My camera's RAW files won't open. Send us one file and the camera model. Most Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Leica, DJI and iPhone ProRAW files open.
The app closed while I was editing. Your edits are saved as you go. Reopen the photo and they are there. If it keeps happening with one file, send it to us.
Export takes longer than editing. A large RAW file takes a few seconds to export. A RAW file longer than 8,500 pixels exports at 8,192 pixels on the long edge.
